Privacy Notice and Policy for LogicomUSA
LogicomUSA is committed to protecting the privacy of its service partners, their subscribers and the users of our tools, resources and databases in accordance with applicable State and Federal law. We have adopted this Privacy Notice and Policy regarding LogicomUSA’s telephone, Internet, call center, network support and similar services (the “Services”). This Privacy Notice and Policy describes our collection, use, disclosure and retention of information, the review or correction of errors to that information, and the enforcement of rights regarding personal identifiable information and other protected records and data types.

This Privacy Notice and Policy describes our collection, use, disclosure and retention of information, the review or correction of errors to that information, and the enforcement of rights regarding personal identifiable information and other protected records and data types.
Collection of Subscriber Information
Information is collected as necessary in order to provide the requested Services and to detect unauthorized reception or use of the Services. In order to provide reliable, high-quality service we maintain and therefore protect business records containing information provided by our service partners and users such as names, addresses, E-mail addresses, telephone numbers, identifying information, financial information and other similar information. We do not use or combine information we collect as a part of our regular business records for the purpose of marketing and we do not provide any records to third parties for that purpose. We use information to:
- Install, operate and maintain the Services
- Confirm receipt of the level(s) of Service requested and proper billing
- Identify authorized personnel and users when changes are made to account access
- Inform partners and users of new products or services that may be beneficial
- Detect unauthorized reception of the Service
- Determine whether applicable policies and terms of service are being violated
- Configure Service-related devices
- Comply with applicable State and/or Federal law
- As otherwise necessary, provide the Services or otherwise conduct business related to the Services
Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Notice, in our Acceptable Use Policy, and any applicable Terms and Conditions, LogicomUSA does not assume any responsibility, control, oversight, ownership or other interest in the email messages, websites, specific Internet usage history, voicemail, content or other electronic data of its partners and/or users; provided that LogicomUSA is permitted to use such information, as necessary, to render billing for Services. Even if such electronic information is stored in, contained on, or transmitted over property, equipment or facilities of LogicomUSA, we shall not have any responsibility, control, oversight, ownership, or other interest in such information. Such information may be disposed of in accordance with the LogicomUSA Data Retention Policy. Partners and users are and shall remain solely responsible for such electronic information including its accuracy.
Disclosure of Information
Personal Identifiable Information (“PII”), and other record and data types will only be disclosed for legitimate business activities related to the Services including, for example:
- Billing and collections
- Administration
- Maintenance
- Fraud Prevention
- Comply with the law
In addition, personal identifiable information, and other record and data types may sometimes be disclosed to others (such as our employees, contractors, and agents for our internal business purposes) as well as outside auditors, professional advisors, and regulators, with or without consent if necessary to render the Services or to conduct a legitimate business activity related to the Services.
Although we make every reasonable effort to preserve privacy as described, we cooperate with law enforcement, including without limitation under subpoena, court order, or search warrant. We may also use or disclose personal identifiable information and other record and data types without consent to protect our partners, employees, or property, in emergency situations or to enforce our rights in court or elsewhere.
Security
We take best practices security precautions to protect all data, records and identifying information that we utilize, collect and retain from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. For example, we store records on computers in controlled and secure environments. However, we cannot guarantee that our security precautions will prevent every unauthorized attempt. We comply with Federal Data Breach and Outage Reporting requirements.
Special Notice Concerning Customer Proprietary Network Information
In addition to the provisions of this Privacy Notice, Federal law protects network information including call detail records and safeguards them under the FCC’s Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) regulations. Please carefully review our CPNI Policy posted on our website.
LogicomUSA reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice and Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via written, electronic, or other means permitted by law, including by posting it on our website. If you find the changes unacceptable, you have the right to cancel the Services. If you continue to use the Services after receiving notice of such changes, we will consider that as your acceptance of the changes.
